A rental agreement must be signed with the artist, and they must be given a checklist (I'm developing it in the local language).

The rental price includes: a chair, basic disposable materials (gloves, disinfectant, plastic wrap, masking tape, sticks/applicators, ink caps, a waste disposal bin, dental bibs, razors, as well as printer printing, tea/coffee/water, and internet).

The rental price does not include: cartridges, inks, transfer paper. The artist either uses their own or buys them at reception. They may not take anything on their own — only after it's been handed out by the administrator. The artist must be informed of this in advance.

If an artist shows unprofessional behavior that could be harmful to us (poor hygiene, touching shared materials, not changing gloves, etc.) — we can refuse to rent to them in the future. First, talk to them and ask them not to touch anything in shared/common use; if that doesn't help, stop renting to them.
