Reservation Guarantee
A deposit ranging from 5% to 15% of the total service cost is required to confirm your appointment.
This fee acts as a safeguard for us and for you, allowing us to plan our working hours efficiently and ensure that we prepare for the session well in advance.
If you notify us of a cancellation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, your payment can be refunded in the form of a gift certificate. Additionally, if your schedule changes, you may reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time before the session takes place.
